Jinsha Winera Plaza is the third Mini-CBD project after Funder International Plaza and Fund Winera Plaza. It locates in Jinsha Relic Site, a protected historical and cultural zone of Chengdu. It is right in the triangular belt between west Qingjiang Road and east Supo Road where there is a perfect road network. Within a land of 16,090 SQM, it covers 147,476 SQM building area, including 121,894 SQM aboveground and 25,582 SQM underground.

Jinsha Winera Plaza consists of 4 blocks. Among them, Block A & Block C are offices with 22 floors; Block B, 24-floor offices and Block D, commercial.

With the development of the society, Jinsha Winera Plaza will be a land mark of west Chengdu. After its opening, it will enhance the social position of this area.

Construction will be started in April 2008 and be delivered into use in 2010.
